The Timberwolves signed restricted free agent Sebastian Telfair to a multi-year contract Tuesday. Telfair averaged 9.3 points and 5.9 assists last season in his first year with the Wolves. Telfair will backup Randy Foye. Telfair was one of 5 players that came to the Timberwolves in the Kevin Garnett trade last summer.
