Bicyclist hit while crossing the street

ST. CLOUD -- A 50-year-old woman was hurt when she was hit by a car while riding her bike.

St. Cloud police say the incident happened at about 4:20 yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon at the intersection of 25th Avenue North and 12th Street North.

Police say she was crossing the street when she was hit by the vehicle driven by 57-year-old Todd Brenden of Sauk Rapids.

The woman was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
