MetroBus sees success in new services

ST. CLOUD -- MetroBus added some new services in 2008 and officials say they have proven to be good business decisions.

First, MetroBus added the new County Road 75 route and had more than 72-hundred passengers on that route January through May.

Sunday service began in May and accounted for more than 96-hundred passengers in May and June alone.

And, St. Cloud Metropolitan Transit spokesman Tom Cruikshank says they also have seen S-C-S-U's late night service prove to be popular with more than 76-hundred riders January through mid-May.
