Erratic driver jailed for fleeing police, DWI

ST. CLOUD -- Police arrested a 25-year-old St. Cloud man who led them on a chase in north St. Cloud last night. 

Police say they tried to stop Ralph John-John Gallagher, who was driving erratically in the 700 block of 2nd Street North. 

Police say he tried to evade them before finally stopping in the 500 block of 9th Avenue North. 

He was arrested for fleeing and 3rd degree DWI.

Gallagher was taken to jail -- and then to St. Cloud Hospital for medical treatment for an unknown condition.
