Cash taken in early morning robbery

ST. CLOUD -- Police are investigating a robbery in North St. Cloud.

The incident happened just before 3:00 this (Friday) morning in the 1700 block of 3rd Street North.

The 30-year-old victim says two men approached him from behind, shoved an object in his back, and demanded his wallet.

The suspects then took off with the cash.

It is not known whether the suspects actually had a weapon.
