Burglar pries open southside dead-bolted door to steal wallet, cash

ST. CLOUD -- Sometimes, not even a dead-bolt lock can keep out a burglar.

St. Cloud Police say a 27-year-old woman was upstairs in her home in the 700 block of 18th Avenue South around suppertime Friday. That's when downstairs, someone got in the garage through an open door.

Police say the burglar used an unknown tool to pry open a deadbolted door, got a wallet and cash out of the woman's purse and left the scene. 

Police want to talk with anyone with information on this burglary.
