Cold Spring to host 'Old Glory Run' for disabled veterans

COLD SPRING -- Walk or Run this weekend to support Disabled Veterans.

The first annual "Old Glory Run" in Cold Spring will start at the Cold Spring Baseball Park with activities and food available there. Event Organizer Curt Karls says there will be two walking or running events available.  He says there will be a 5-K run and a 1-K run.

Karls says there will be an opening ceremony, and a closing ceremony after the runs.

Registration and packet pickup for those who have already registered is tomorrow (Friday) from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m at the Cold Spring Baseball Park. You can register and/or pick up packages before the event on Saturday as well.

All proceeds will benefit disabled veterans.
