by Megan Rinerson, WJON.com

SAUK RAPIDS -- The biggest benefit yet for a young girl burned in a fire pit accident will happen this weekend.

The "Pray for Tay" service of prayer and song will be on Sunday at the Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School for 13-year-old Taylor Strand of Sauk Rapids. Inside the school, you will have the opportunity to silently pray for Taylor at various prayer stations. Then, at 6:30 p.m a worship service will be held.

Food, inflatable fun, silent auction, bake sale, bracelets, and t-shirts will all be on hand.

The Community Arts Center will also be open throughout the fundraiser.

The cost is 10-dollars a person or 5-dollars for children 12 and under.

Taylor Strand was seriously burned when she tried to re-ignite a fire pit last month.  She remains in a medically-induced coma in a Twin Cities Hospital.
