Police seek 19-year-old for violating restraining order

ST. CLOUD -- Police say they'll issue a warrant for the arrest of a 19-year-old man for felony harassment restraining order violation.

Police say they were called to 1609 13th Avenue South Saturday night.

They learned 19-year-old Michael Witschen of St. Cloud had violated a harassment restraining order against a 16-year-old.

Witschen had left the scene before police got there and was not located Saturday night.
