Woman allegedly strangled in mobile home park

BEL CLARE ESTATES -- The Stearns County Sheriff's Department has arrested a Willmar man for allegedly trying to strangle a woman.

Deputies were called to a house on Arbor Street in Bel Clare Estates mobile home park just before 10:00 last (Wednesday) night.

41-year-old Steven Poff is accused of assaulting a woman at the home, and was later found at another home in the park.
