ST. CLOUD -- Plans to build a new regional aquatics center in the St. Cloud area could take a big step forward tonight (Monday night).
The city council will consider hiring an architectural firm to do a feasibility study on the project.
Parks Director Scott Zlotnik says that study will the study will answer a lot of the questions.
Zlotnik says a community survey will also be part of the study.
He says they are recommending hiring Ankeny (AN-kuh-nee) Kell Architects of St. Paul to do the work.
The city had budgeted up to 100-thousand dollars last October to do the study.
