St. Cloud School Board makes its pick for next Superintendent

The  board has made their choice for the district's next Superintendent. 

Now they'll begin negotiations to sign Steven Jordahl to a contract.

Board Chairwoman Deb Lalley says the contract will be structured similar to Bruce Watkins' contract in that it will be based on incentives and goals.

Jordahl currently makes $100,000 a year at his current district of Barnesville, which only has about 810 students. He's been there for three-years, and in his first year he helped pass an operating levy.

If a contract agreement can be reached, Jordahl will start on July 1st.
