UPDATE: Power Restored in St. Cloud Metro Area

ST. CLOUD - The power has been restored to some 7,600 Xcel Energy customers.

The electricity went down at 2:00 p.m. for some customers in the Southeast St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, and Foley areas.

Power was restored at about 2:25 p.m.

Xcel officials say they don't have a cause for the outage at this time.
