Which Fitness Products Really Work?

ST. CLOUD - Turn on the TV and you'll find the next great product that's guaranteed to help you lose weight.  But do they actually work?  There's a local program coming-up to help you separate fact from fiction.

All those commercials with fit attractive people sure make their products look good, and very tempting to reach for the phone and place your order right away.  But, before you make an investment in another gadget, CentraCare Heart and Vascular Center is hosting a program called "Myth Busters: Which Health & Fitness Products Really Work?"  It's tomorrow (Tuesday) night at 7:00 p.m. at the CentraCare Health Plaza.

The cost is $5, the tickets can be bought in advance or at the door, but seating is limited.  Tickets are available at: the Gift Gallery at St. Cloud Hospital and CentraCare Plaza, Byerly's, Cashwise in Waite Park, Coborn's in Sauk Rapids.
