5th Avenue Live: Chipotle One of 4 Retailers in Next Phase [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD – Demolition crews are busy tearing down the old Campus Book store in downtown St. Cloud. That block is part of the $100 million 5th Avenue Live! project.
Developer Brian Schoenborn says four national chains will be going into that location, which will be a one-story retail center.

Schoenborn says Chipotle is expecting to be open for business by Thanksgiving.

The multi-phase project began back in 2009. It’s progress has been slowed due to the struggling economy.
