5 People Hurt In 2 Vehicle Crash On Highway 10 Near Rice

RICE -  The State Patrol responded to a two vehicle crash this (Sunday) morning at about 11:15 a.m. on Highway 10 and County Road 31 near Rice.

The broadside type crash happened when a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Jeff Roesler of Maplewood was heading south on Highway 10. A vehicle driven by 88-year-old Pearl Larson of Cold Spring was heading east on County Road 31 and failed to yield.

Larson is listed in serious condition. Her passenger, 88-year-old Duane Larson of Cold Spring, has non life-threatening injuries.

Roesler was not hurt. But, his three passengers all suffered non life-threatening injuries.
