BUFFALO (AP) - Five churches in a small Wright County community have been targeted by what police say are "biased" crimes.

At four of the five churches in Buffalo, posters were hung on the front doors with what one pastor describes as a vile, sacrilegious message. Police say three of the churches were vandalized. Stained glass windows were broken at the Seventh-day Adventist Church. At Hosanna Lutheran, the front doors were smashed.

Police say the vandalism occurred over the past several days.  The other churches targeted are St. Francis Xavier, Zion Lutheran and Buffalo Presbyterian.
