Man Arrested for Driving Without License, Having Drugs
ST. CLOUD - A man is jail after he was caught driving without a license and in possession of drugs.
St. Cloud Police stopped 27 year-old Raymond Richmond of St. Cloud last night at about 10:30 p.m.
When questioned, Richmond admitted to not having a driver license.
During the stop, officers detected the smell of marijuana from inside the vehicle. A passenger in Richmond's vehicle admitted to smoking pot.
Officers then searched the vehicle and found five white pills determined to be a controlled substance.
Richmond was arrested, booked into Benton County Jail and released on charges of 5th degree drug possession and driving after revocation.
