NEW ULM, Minn. (AP) - New Ulm authorities say a massive fire has swept through an inn, and four of eight people who were inside are unaccounted for.

The blaze engulfed the Bohemian Bed & Breakfast house Saturday about 1:45 a.m.

Fire Chief Paul Macho says four people managed to escape when the fire was discovered.

He tells The Journal of New Ulm the house was engulfed when firefighters arrived. He says there was so much damage inside that firefighters had difficulty making their way through the inn.

The fire's cause isn't immediately known.
