MELROSE TOWNSHIP -- Four people were hurt in a two-vehicle crash.  The Stearns County Sheriff's Department says the incident happened just after 7:30 a.m. this (Friday) morning on County Road 65 in Melrose Township.

A vehicle driven by 22-year-old Nathan Ostendorf of Sauk Centre collided with another vehicle as it was backing out of a driveway.

The driver of the second vehicle was 21-year-old Joseph Mugg of Sauk Centre.  Three passengers in Mugg's vehicle were 20-year-old Kayla Lentz of Sauk Centre, 21-year-old James Hollenkamp of Sauk Centre, and 12-year-old Mary Ann Mugg of Melrose.  All four people were taken to Melrose Hospital.

Ostendorf was treated at the scene.
