The Meeker County Sheriff's Office says the incident happened shortly before 2:00 a.m. Sunday morning at Ness Church in the 24000 block of 580th Avenue in Litchfield Township.

Reports say deputies were on their way responding to the church's alarm when they encountered a car leaving the area of the church.
