3-Vehicle Crash Results In Citation

Saint Cloud Police were at the scene of a 3-vehicle accident at Highway 15 near 2nd Street South Friday afternoon.
An investigation revealed that a pickup truck pulling a boat driven by 45-year old Richard Janski of South Haven was northbound on 15 and struck a van stopped in traffic on 15 driven by 39-year old Karen Larsen of Chaska. Larsen’s vehicle was pushed into a third vehicle also stopped on Highway 15 driven by 46-year old Lester Flom of Sauk Rapids. A six year old passenger in Larsen’s vehicle was taken to Saint Cloud Hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries. Janski was issued a citation for inattentive driving.
