ST. PAUL (AP) - A woman accused along with her boyfriend in the disappearance and death of a man in Wright County is due in court.

Thirty-three-year-old Gwen Butcher was arrested Tuesday night on a second-degree murder charge in the death of Christopher Rossing. She's expected in court Wednesday. Rossing's remains were found in a fire pit and cornfield last fall at the couple's farmhouse near Hutchinson.

Butcher had previously been charged only in Rossing's disappearance. Her boyfriend, Robert Nuttall is facing similar charges. Rossing was last seen leaving Troubles bar in Howard Lake in August 2014. A criminal complaint says Rossing and Nuttall had argued that night about a woman.

Court documents say Butcher told police that Nuttall beat Rossing and later claimed to have dropped him off at his home.
