ST. CLOUD -- The 48th Annual Central Minnesota Farm Show occupies the River's Edge Convention Center this week.

Over the last four decades the farm show has been providing many farm-focused seminars and exhibits.

Brian Olson, of Traut Wells, has been involved with the farm show for several years. He says there is many things to see and do for people not in the farming industry.

The farm show provides a chance to network and learn more about the latest in products and services for the agriculture and food industry.

New this year there is an increased number of speakers, who will appear twice on the same day for an hour presentation.

Last year's event featured 216 exhibits and 374 booth displays from around Wisconsin, Iowa, North and South Dakota and Minnesota.

The farm show runs 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. today (Tuesday) through Thursday.
