2-Year-Old Boy Killed Near Swanville When Ejected from SUV

SWANVILLE, Minn. (AP) - A 2-year-old child died when he was ejected from a sport-utility vehicle during a rollover near Swanville.

The Morrison County sheriff's office says 2-year-old Quintin Gene Pauly was a passenger in a car driven by a 31-year-old Burtrum man that left the roadway and rolled just after 8 p.m. Saturday.

The boy died at the scene. The driver plus a woman and child who were passengers in the car were taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Morrison County deputies later arrested the driver for suspicion of criminal vehicular operation. He was still being held Sunday in the Morrison County Jail in Little Falls.
