MELROSE - There was a two-vehicle crash near Melrose on Saturday.  The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened just before 1:00 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 4 and Stearns County Road 186.

A car driven by 80-year-old Allen Guenther of Paynesville was traveling east on the county road when it collided with a car going south on the highway being driven by 36-year-old Sarah Bune of Hudson, Wisconsin, causing Bune's vehicle to roll.

Guenther and his passenger, Marilyn Guenther of Paynesville, were both taken to Melrose Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Bune and her seven passengers all suffered non-life threatening injuries.  According to the State Patrol, none of them went to the hospital.
