2 People Found Dead In Rosemount Apartment

ROSEMOUNT (AP) - Rosemount police say two people have been found dead in an apartment, and that the community is not at risk.

Police received a call Tuesday afternoon asking them to check on a local couple. Officers entered the apartment and found two people dead.

Police Chief Eric Werner said in a statement Wednesday the investigation is ongoing. He says police are not actively seeking suspects, which suggests the two were not victims of random violence.

The names and genders of the deceased have not been released.
