2 People Found Dead In Maplewood Motel

MAPLEWOOD (AP) - Authorities say two people have been found dead at a motel in a Twin Cities suburb.

Police in Maplewood received a call Wednesday afternoon to check on the welfare of the two at the Northernaire Motel after someone looked in the room and saw the man and woman were unresponsive.

First responders determined the couple was dead. Police Chief Paul Schnell says there were no obvious signs of trauma.
