2 Paynesville Teens Okay After Car Hits Cow
PAYNESVILLE - Two teenage girls are okay after the vehicle they were in hit a cow. The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says it happened just before midnight last (Wednesday) night on County Road 33 in Zion Township.
A car driven by 19-year-old Jamie Scherer of Paynesville struck the cow on the road. A passenger, 16-year-old Miranda Scherer of Payensville, had some cuts from broken glass, but did not need to go to the hospital.
The cow was owned by Stephen Gottwald of Paynesville.
