2 Lakeville South Students Die After Crash Near School
LAKEVILLE, Minn. (AP) - Two Lakeville South High School students have died and two others are injured after the truck they were in rolled over.
The crash happened near the school shortly before 3 p.m., just after classes were dismissed.
Authorities say there were four teenage boys in the truck. Two had been thrown from the vehicle and were pronounced dead.
Another teen suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center. The fourth teen was seen walking near the truck. He was also injured and taken to the hospital by ambulance. Reports say at least one of those teens is in critical condition.
The names of the students have not been released.
