2 Hurt After Motorcycle Slides Into Ditch

CLEARWATER -- Two people were hurt in a motorcycle crash near Clearwater on Saturday.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says the incident happened shortly after 12:30 p.m. on County Road 44 near the intersection of 203rd Street East in Lynden Township.

Thirty-two-year-old Elias Bresin of St. Michael lost control of his motorcycle on a curve and slid into the ditch.

He suffered minor injuries and was issued a citation.

Bresin's passenger, 33-year-old Michelle Tice of St. Michael, was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with moderate injuries.
