This week on 2-Cent Tuesday listeners wanted to talk about the reaction of some people during the announcement of students names during Tech's graduation even though reacting while names are being announced is prohibited.  Some listeners feel the responsible parties are a specific ethnic group while others say this problem existed long before this group immigrated in St. Cloud.  Listen to the calls below.
