2 Arrested After Suspected Abduction, Crash
HOPKINS, Minn. (AP) _ Authorities say two teens were abducted at gunpoint in Hopkins and forced into a vehicle that later crashed after a high-speed chase.
Police say a witness told investigators a 15-year-old boy and 19-year-old man had been taken from a home about 8 p.m. Sunday by people they said they didn't now. Reports say one of the suspects said he had a gun.
Officials say two boys, ages 16 and 17, were arrested after the vehicle crashed several miles away following a chase in which speeds topped 100 mph. Five people in the vehicle were checked for injuries and released.
