1 Missing After SUV Lands In Mississippi River In Ramsey

    RAMSEY (AP) - One person escaped after a vehicle landed in the Mississippi River in Ramsey, but authorities are searching for a second person.

Police say the SUV veered off the road and became partially-submerged in the water about 1:30 a.m. Friday.

When rescue crews arrived they saw two people in the SUV. One person got out of the vehicle right away. A search for the other person continues.
