1 Killed, 3 Injured in Semi-Vehicle Crash

BROOK PARK, Minn. (AP) - One person is dead and three others are injured in a collision involving a semi and vehicle in Pine County.

Sheriff's officials say the accident happened Friday about 10:30 p.m. on Highway 23 west of Brook Park near the Pine County and Kanabec County line.

The westbound vehicle had four occupants and all were taken to an area hospital. WCCO-TV reports two people were seriously injured, one of which died at the hospital.

The State Patrol is investigating the crash.
