1 Held In Fatal Burnsville Shooting

Minnesota NewsBURNSVILLE  (AP) — Police say one person is in custody following a fatal shooting in a Twin Cities suburb.

Officers were called to a house in Burnsville Sunday evening on a report of gunshots fired. They found one person had been shot and a suspect was still on the scene.

Paramedics were unable to revive the victim, who was pronounced dead at the house. Police identify the victim as 38-year-old James Edward Koenig.

A 46-year-old Burnsville man is in the Dakota County Jail.
