1 Dead, 1 Wounded in South Minneapolis Shooting
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Minneapolis police are searching for a suspect after one man was shot dead and another seriously wounded.
Officers were called to the shooting near Franklin Avenue and Chicago Avenue in south Minneapolis just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday. Police found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
Police say one man died after he was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center. The other victim remains in "very serious" condition.
The suspect fled before officers arrived. No arrests have been made as of Sunday morning.
